Writing

Writing allows me to express my feelings and see a perfect world. It helps me to see the wise through other eyes, and helps me to maintain peace of mind. The security of my privacy is all put on paper, without the worry of who will make fun of it. I can talk to my wife, even if it hasn’t been mailed out yet. Writing gives me my freedom, even in the midst of lock down. It opens me up in ways I otherwise wouldn’t be able to express. With just a word written, an emotion can be set free. Writing allows me to wander in a realm that is mine alone. I invite you to take that journey one day – let go and just write until you find yourself in your own little world of make believe or reality – you can make the choice of where you go. Writing allows me to be me – free.

Blessed is the Child

Blessed is the child

who once lived so wildly,

Being born again produces prosperity.

As we prosper our life becomes more meaningful.

when self-gratification leaves our hearts

we can learn what its like to live abundantly.

 

Serving our lord, most people

feel that's for nerds

but living free as a bird

life will bring you just what you deserve.

 

 
Bound by Bondage

Lock down to me is

The Ocean

The ocean will roar with laughter so happy to see my face;

In love with me is this salted sea,

It longs my skin to taste.

I drift upon the current free of time and space.

I’m hugged by the ocean as the sun kisses my face.

The sound of the water moves me like a child in its mother’s womb.

 

I’m happiest by the ocean and that time is coming soon.

To wake up when the sun is down or when the rain begins to pour,

That’s when I spread my wings and begin to soar.

I explore this new playground just above the ocean floor.

My foot prints in the sand are there, but soon will be no more.

My spirit’s free, No longer do I feel pain.

I’m the child of the quiet storm, and I’m happiest in the rain.


Forever Smilin’

From behind these walls

I have watched my boys

Grow up in pictures.

Seen my family

Get a lil older.

I have gained as well as

Lost family members.

That’s just the cycle of life.

I have gotten older

But not much wiser

Otherwise I wouldn’t be here.

I have lost years

That I’ll never get back

But look forward to coming years.

Sitting behind these walls

I have both lost and gained many things.

I have never lost

My sense of humor.

I’ve learned to harbor

As well as control my anger.

My strong will and spirit

Have never been broken.

I’ve learned all the best things

In life are outside.

Neither my ego nor my confidence

Will ever be hurt

As many times as I go to court

I’ll always hold my heard up and smile

Because I know that

I’m just that much closer to freedom!

Besides the government, state or feds,

CAN’T KEEP ME FOREVER!

Dreams

Everybody gots dreams. Dreams can be whatever you make them out to be or what you don’t want them to be. But there are two things I know about dreams. You can’t control the good or the bad dreams. The second thing I know is no matter what, in any circumstance, nobody can take away your ability to dream, unless they hold a dream catcher over your head while you are asleep. I often dream about my goals in life. And as long as I dream it and live that accomplished goal in that dream, then in the real world I will someday achieve this goal. One of my goals is to become a self-made millionaire, and if I keep practicing to be that in my dreams then I will soon achieve my goals
